Triple Choco Granola
"Triple Choco" is our version for the classic chocolate granola. The dark chocolate color comes from pure cocoa powder toasted with grains, kernals, seeds and nuts. The bitterness of the crushed cocoa beans (cocoa nibs) and the sweetness of the mild chocolate pieces (50%) results in a balanced and nuanced chocolate granola.
Since our first porridge restaurant opened in 2011, we have been wildly fascinated by grains, and nerded out on the many different grains as well as cooking techniques. We have cooked, fried, smoked, baked, dried and roasted all kinds of grains - some more successful than others. We have also experimented a ton with granola - the roasted luxury version of muesli, which have become really popular in Denmark and the rest of the world.
